Welcome. This session is designed to show the impact technology can have on schools, communicate communities and administrators. Your presenters today are from the innovative learning department at Broward County Public Schools under the direction of DR. Darrell Diamond, innovative learning guides. Our district, the technology inflammation, gifted and talented services and library media. In short, our department focuses on the applications and services that are not standards based but are integral to the ongoing learning gains of our students across the district. Please feel free to put any questions in the chat and we will answer them throughout the presentation and we have also set aside time for Q and a built into the end of the session. Broward County public schools is the sixth largest district in the United States and the second largest district in Florida. We have 241 public schools, 60 for charters and 100,000 adult learners. Our diverse population represents 177 countries, 151 languages and more than a quarter million students. This section of the presentation will focus on the use of an LMS and its benefits to the district and administrators, as well as the interoperability of student education plants and accommodations app, which we call the CPAP SEPA was initiated by Broward County public schools to meld a variety of service applications for easy access to teachers for differentiation and compliance, incorporating emfs global technology standards. This integration allows schools and district administration the opportunity to look at analytics and student achievement accommodations and compliance, as well as publication of district approved content. When our chief academic officer came to our district about 10 years ago, he found that each school within our system was using their funds to sponsor a wide variety of learning management systems. In fact, some schools had a different LMS for each grade level based on t shirt choice or there was no unification within the school and teachers were buying services on their own knowing that we are a transient dicked district, with many students bouncing from school to school and looking for a K through 12 continuum. Our district set out to have one LMS that was used throughout the county. This not only would increase the equity across the district, it would also allow the office of academics to produce and distribute content in a format that was to be used by any teacher inside Broward county public schools. This allowed the district to publish materials that teachers could import into their roster courses. Pd materials are presented and archived in the LMS and teachers retain access to their past enrollments so they can copy content from semester to semester or year to year canvas. The LMS used by our district also includes an internal email account for every student, which improves communication between teacher and students. This move actually helped the district prepare and transform for remote learning as the district closed its doors for COVID-19 Quarantine at the time. A week before our spring break. In 2020 58% of teachers for using the LMS on a regular basis within two weeks and a lot of spring break webinars, 99% of teachers were actively using our LMS for district for distance learning. Now that we are in a hybrid model, we continue to have that high rate of participation even as students have returned to the classroom and face to face instruction. From an administrative point of view, the LMS gives access for administrators to walk in one door and see teaching and learning that is going on in any classroom in the district. The LMS also enables the district or school leaders to push out global announcements, monitor teacher and student participation, create discussions and surveys across the district. For instance, the need for a global citizen course during quarantine that included online etiquette was pushed out through the LMS. The district also has been able to administer our Broward standards assessment, which is a practice test for the statewide end of course exams so that teachers can determine how to focus their instruction. For the second semester, students were able to take the B. S. A. On their personal devices with the use of land school to assure fidelity of the test. The district pushes out course files for rostered courses that sink to R. S. I. S. However, teachers and administrators can also create their own courses and invites students, faculty, parents or community stakeholders for PLC. S. Clubs, community and school announcements or resources. The administrative badge inside the LMS allows the district and school leaders to jump into any course to see what's being assigned and for teacher collaboration. The LMS can also give analytics that shows student progress on district wide tests and acknowledgement of announcements by faculty students and parents. The LMS also allows the district published lessons modules and complete courses which can be downloaded by teachers directly into their rostered classes. This provides more equity across the district in terms of resources and it's a great aid two new teachers who are just learning their content as well as veteran teachers who are learning how to integrate new technology into their lesson plans. This enables admin to see how struggling or new teachers are progressing in their lesson plan, development and differentiation needed on student success or lack thereof. They can also highlight those shining stars who are integrating I. M. S. Global strategies so that they can be used by other teachers and parallel courses. I. M. S. Is the global consortium of instructional management systems focusing on Edtech and interoperability expectations between education technology resources. While there are over 150,000 modules and courses available in our common space, teachers can choose Broward approved curriculum and filter their search by course, grade level or topic. Ed plan is the application our district uses for I. E. P. And E. P. Management and compliance for I. P. S. And E. P. S. Only those teachers who are providing services have access to create or update documents within the system, although all teachers can view compliance documents for the students they teach. We have also expanded our use of Ed plan for threat assessments. This way every teacher has access to their student files and can incorporate their observations during the threat assessment process. We use the same system across the district with our public and charter schools so services can follow a student should they change locations. The interoperability of Ed plan with programs like Excel if I. And elevation also helps to assure for accurate billing for accommodations and services provided by the district. Even as the district moved to the LMS and made eggplant available to all instructors, we found that there was still a disconnect between student services and teacher awareness. A teacher would have to access a variety of applications to find out which students may have an EPIEP or 504 plan. Then they'd have to access another application to find out which disability health issues or s. All strategies are assigned for that student. We heard concerns from parents that the teachers didn't even know that a child had accommodations much less. We're offering those services to their child. While we could point fingers or delve into the responsibilities of different positions inside the county or an individual school. We recognize that we needed an easier way for our stakeholders to first be aware of student participation in varied programs and then an even easier way for them to access the detailed accommodations or services inside their classroom. Voila, the SEPA app, the SEPA app, which stands for student education plans and accommodations, was created for the district by PCG public consulting group to link the large variety of applications we use for students with disabilities, home healthcare, E L. L. S, all and gifted. The SEPA app integrates the information from each of our apps and displays that participation in the teacher's grade book. So any teacher using the LMS has a one stop shop to find out which students are participating in which programs. The app also updates every 24 hours along with our school information system. So if a student is identified as gifted or has entered into our T. I, the teacher will know that the next time they go into their grade book, as you can see on the slide by the red arrow, a participation code shows up next to the student's name in the grade book, A teacher can click on the code to get access to the documentation that supports participation. So axl if I can explain a student cll status or ed plan will show the latest I. E p. That interoperability between programs also assures that the district can build appropriately for I D. E a monies and Medicare. That's not even the most exciting part of this application. As you can see in the bottom picture, a menu appears for teachers whenever they are creating an assignment, whether it's a discussion, a quiz, A Q and A. The teacher can click on a participation code, see which students need an accommodation. They can make that accommodation and documented in the LMS as they are creating their lessons. So if a student gets time and a half, they can build that directly into the assignment. Since students only see their assigned work, the rest of the class does not know who has reduced workload or extended time. This way, everyone is working on the same topics at their ability level but can still come together seamlessly for class discussions. Whether the teacher is looking at accommodations first or individual students, they can implement the strategy is needed to meet compliance. But more importantly, use the strategies for student success. Since the teachers are documenting the differentiation as they create lessons, the teachers can also use their course files as their lesson plans to turn into administration rather than a separate document with some checked boxes or scribbled acronyms. These lesson plans actually show the difference between Janet students assignment and they were given to a student who has accommodations from an administrative point of view. If there is a complaint or the need to follow due process, admin can jump into a course and look at specific assignments to ensure that strategies and accommodations are being implemented utilizing I AM S Global Technology Standards. The office of academics in Broward was able to negotiate the incorporation of multiple applications and bring them all into one integrated space to increase teacher awareness, ensure that accommodations and strategies are implemented and of course documented to show compliance. The SEPA app now available from PCG for use with multiple LMS programs, increases the interoperability of our digital applications to change the way we teach and how learning unfolds for our stakeholders. Yes, during the next part of our presentation, we will look at the best practices for the use of a learning management system to maintain schoolwide communication, teacher delivery of instruction and monitoring student learning. We all know that communication is essential. The use of a learning management system can make communication seamless. One way that school leaders can utilize an LMS is by creating global announcements. These global announcements provide brief and timely information on the dashboard for all sub account users to see the announcement could be sent district wide or school wide. The best part of these global announcements is that they are the first thing students and staff see upon logging in now you're going to hear a personal global announcement from Mr Haney. The principle of Quiet Waters Elementary School as he encourages his students to try their best on their diagnostic test. Good morning boys and girls and I hope everyone had a great weekend and welcome back to another wonderful week at Quiet Waters Elementary. Beginning this week. You're going to start taking the diagnostic to for Iraqi Boys and Girls. This is a very important test that tells us a lot about where you are academically and how, what you're doing. So please take your time. There's no reason to rush through this. We want you to do your best on the 2nd 2nd diagnostic for I ready. All right. So I wish you all a wonderful week and take your time and do a great job on the I ready bye guys. Global announcements are also used in other creative ways, such as recognizing student achievement with reading honorable names or animated videos created by administration to highlight the kids of character. Another way that an LMS helps with school wide communication is the ability to create a central location for important information that all staff members need. Here we see Coconut Creek Elementary schools, staff course school leaders can include testing, information, faculty meetings, professional development and all other pertinent information in one location for staff. Alternatively, school leaders can create courses for students by grade level or by extracurricular activities. In this example, we see a course designed for the senior class at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. At the top of the course homepage, we see an announcement made specifically for the seniors rostered to this course. They recently included a slide show to congratulate the graduating class and the tabs in the course. Welcome the seniors and provide important reminders and information. As the year progressed. New tabs were added to keep the students updated Furthermore, seniors can complete their cap and gown order forms, their prom agreements, all in this one central location. Now, let's see how teachers can utilize an LMS with their rostered students in addition to creating informational courses and LMS provides a platform for teachers to deliver personalized instruction and monitors student growth. Let's see what this can look like firsthand from Miss Karlie Goodman. She's a 4th grade teacher at Coral Cove Elementary School when students for assigning to Miss Goodman's course, they are welcomed by her personalized bit emoji classroom and inspirational quotes. As we scroll down. Miss Goodman's homepage. There are buttons to indicate where students should click to view current work as well as past work. In addition, there are meeting links for remote learners to easily report to class each day. We can see that Miss Goodman uses the home page to identify blended and in person, small groups, meeting times and members. She also includes buttons that brings students to announcements, the calendar modules and standards and so on and so forth. In Broward. We encourage teachers to build modules to organize activities and content for students. As I click on the module standard button, we can see that Miss Goodman has created modules based on clusters of standards. In this first module, she addresses key ideas and details, which specifically covers these standards. Listed In the 2nd module, we can see that she is covering craft and structure. Miss Goodman identifies the standards, defines the standard, includes pages that go over the learning goal for that specific standard as well as includes a variety of digital and traditional resources that are specifically aligned to each standard. As we scroll down, we can see that when the next standard comes up, Miss Goodman identifies and defines the standard again, includes the learning goal page, as well as another variety of resources to go with that specific standard. Not only can teachers use the LMS to deliver rigorous instruction, but teachers can also use the LMS to monitor student growth and progress. For example, when I click on this activity RL 2.6 and ri 2.6, teachers administrators can look and see several options to monitor for student progress by selecting speed Grader, we would see each individual students results. However, if we go to quiz statistics, we can see the data and question breakdown for the entire class. So here on the quiz statistics, we can see the average high low scores as well as the standard deviation and the average time. We also have a great graph here that showcases the quiz scores from zero all the way to 100. We can also see the number of students that scored each of those results as we continue down to look at the question breakdown. Not only can you see the question, but we can see the number of students that responded and chose each option, the percent of students that chose that option. And then by clicking here, we can see each individual name of the students that picked each and every option. So this can be very helpful for teachers as well as administrators when trying to monitor student growth. All of this goes to show that using an LMS is an easy way to make corks content visually appealing and easy to navigate. Courses can be used to house standard based content, schedules, meetings, links and so much more being able to communicate effectively is one of the most important life skills to learn. Please join us to watch and listen how different principles in our schools. Um, effectively communicate using a web conferencing tool. Using this tool helps school administrators to preserve school culture and manage their school environment. In this video clip we will hear from Marcia Wagner, who was awarded the innovative principal of the year 2018, Marcia Wagner embraces technology at her school and encourages her staff and students to use digital tools to improve the educational environment. I have to be honest, as soon as we became a Microsoft school, I had my eyes set on becoming a Microsoft showcased school because I knew that having that passion paired with the newly acquired skill set would catapult our instructional practices. We are the only school in Broward County and one of five schools in the state of florida. Mm hmm. Innovation cannot exist without risks and without failure. So our culture of innovation is really built on mindsets. She doesn't shy away from any innovative programs that are being introduced and that has made a tremendous difference in the culture of our building. She brought a culture of try it and it's okay if it doesn't work the first time. The Tech PLC s have been driven specifically by what teachers want to learn about. Marcia Wagner uses a Web conferencing tool to promote communications and lead her staff in the upcoming video. You will hear how she uses teams for school faculty meeting, hold special group meeting for instance, Artie She also mentions and I need help channel this channel is designed for teachers to be able to go and ask a question and those technology leaders in the school can answer it right away. As you can see here. We have a general channel where teachers can post videos that they've created as how two's um, they can ask questions, they can share resources. So it is all in here for everyone to see. And then I also created specific channels for grade levels. And so all of those grade levels are here, including R E S P. S. We also created a channel called I Need Help. And this was just a forum to have individuals post questions that they needed help with. And it allows our technology teacher leaders really a platform to assist colleagues and showcase their knowledge. And it also avoids individuals emailing administration multiple times with the same questions and bombarding our emails. Um and so what I also did is I created channels for um specific meetings that I know we would have. So any time we have a faculty meeting, everyone knows that they're just going to go to general and they are um as an organizer, I will click meet and down here in this thread, they will see a joint button so that they can join. And then there is just a history here and I can see through this icon that this was a meeting that was held yesterday for P. B. I. S. And I can see who attended that meeting. And if the meeting was recorded then it will be embedded here for everyone to see. So everyone in my school knows that when we are having a faculty meeting, you just click on General Channel and you just join right here, which would be a button that would show right in this thread. If we are having an R. T. I. Meeting, then we would simply click on our T. I. And follow the same process when I'm meeting with my support staff. We um click on here and we join there and same with team leader. So as a leader, it's a lot of different meetings that we have for different purposes and and with different people and I can choose to have a channel that's locked and invite only certain people so that I know that only certain people have access to that conversation and those recordings that we might have in there, or I can just make it public and you'll see that there is no lock there. And that means that anyone can have access to that link, such as the R. T. I'm eating. Many teachers are going to be participating in our T. I. And so all teachers should have access to that link to be able to join the meetings at their appropriate times. As you have heard, Marcia Wagner created many different channels for her staff. I particularly like the idea of a training room channel for in house pd let's listen in on how Marcia uses this channel with her staff. So one of the channels that I created was a training breakout room. And in this channel teachers can feel free to pop in and provide little mini P. D. So it really gives our teacher leaders a platform to assist their colleagues. So let's say I have a teacher who's really proficient at buoyancy and many colleagues are asking for his or her help with fancy. A teacher can say, you know what, I'll provide you all with a little mini P. D. Let's jump on the Training room breakout channel and I'll record the session and so that will be embedded in here and you can see who has joined the meeting and if they choose to record the meeting then that recording will also be embedded here. For anyone that might not have been able to join the P. D. At that specific time. Next you will hear another great example of a principal productively using a web conferencing tool to support collaboration within the school utilizing strength of teacher leaders at the school level. Principal Mrs devon at Manatee Bay says teams has been the glue for us staying connected and informed paul Meyer states that communication, the human connection is the key to personal and career success. Let's hear from Mrs Devon herself about how she uses a web conferencing tool in her zone to effectively communicate for those of you that know me, I'm a very personable person. Um It's not that I just love to have meetings but I do see that there's a value to meeting. Um So um years before the pandemic, um I was tasked with being the zone facilitator and found it very challenging to get everybody scheduled together. So we decided to do something that was very convenient and we did zone by phone, we would just conference call once a month with our zone director and just have a conversation and maybe invite a speaker. And that's how we had our zone meetings and we were able to be consistent. Well then we decided to up it because we were very consistent with that and went to Skype and decided we wanted to see each other's faces. So it made it more personable and we were able to conduct business that way we'll fast forward. Here comes the pandemic. Right? So um for um for that we had the same need. How do I lead a school with such a challenge to try to find an effective way to safely lead a school communicate and make sure we can meet the needs of our schedules and everything else. So um once again being introduced to teams, teams was like a lifesaver, very easy to navigate through. Um I started using it right away over the summer. Teachers had a lot of questions, they were hearing, what other schools were doing, what other zones were doing, other states were doing, and I was learning some information from my end at the district level. So um I was able to open up a very casual coffee conversation that went on all summer with my teachers. Um once a week I would meet with a different specific team, so it would be a little bit more focused and we would just talk about their team concerns with their particular grade level and what that means and what that looks like and what they're thinking and hearing. And we began to start planning, I then started hearing information about the reopening of school and then started a reopening meeting and we would meet every other week with the school nurse, all the leaders in the school, um custodian my office staff, administrators, support staff and began to formulate our reopening plan before we even needed to start our reopening plan, we started thinking about what that might look like a manatee bay. So teams has really helped us to really even get started. Um And then I parallel that with parents. We had a lot of parent questions and so I opened up a friday coffee conversation with with parents, which I continue to do. That actually have one coming up this week. Um And we select different topic. Parents log into teams that get the link. Um They're used to it, it's something like I said, we do every other week and we did it when we were in the in the building as well. Um We did it once a month, but now with so many questions, I've moved to the every other week and it gives our parents a platform to answer questions, to hear what's going on until allow us to be transparent. I've also now um incorporated meeting with students and I have a mentor group that I meet with once a week. We just kind of um brush up on some of their skills that they may need motivation on. Um and also have a lunch group that I meet with students for for lunch. Um and now that we can do face to face, what kind of gradually weaning away some of those teams opportunities because you know, Children who spend a lot of time on the computer uh and now we're trying to wean back to face to face, but I will say teams has been a lifesaver, we continue to use it and it's a sick, the safest way for us to communicate and be effective. Leaders, Guidance Counselor, desiree tank. He says teams has made it easier for me to schedule parent conferences and 504 meetings with several parties at once. This technology has also made it more convenient for parents to meet without having to leave their jobs or home. Nat turner also states that good communication is the bridge between confusion and clarity. You can see how effectively using a Web conferencing tool can improve communication in your school community and district. Yeah. As you heard in the previous section, our teachers were using canvas LMS to create and post lessons. And as a Microsoft district we were using teens for our Web conferencing application. However, as students returned to the face to face environment, it now became necessary to provide an audio visual tool that would enable the teacher to engage the students in person and the online students in a more natural setting. This was necessary because teachers were no longer tethered to the laptop and sometimes needed to move around the room in a more natural way to support the in person. Students. There are devices on the market such as various Web cameras or products such as swivel that could have been used to address this name. Our district chose the poly studio USB Bar as the tool of choice and this is the device that we will be featuring in today's presentation. However, please keep in mind that the same effect can be achieved using other available products. Ultimately, what the Police Studio USB bar helped us to achieve as a district was to provide a high quality audio visual device that could be used across the school community in the existing hybrid environment to promote communication, engagement, interaction and collaboration. The Police Studio USB bar has a powerful audio quality. The clarity of the audio is remarkable and the microphone picks up conversation anywhere in the standard classroom. This allows for teachers and students in the classroom to speak from anywhere in the classroom and the remote participant hears them clearly. The audio quality is also reciprocated in that online students can put online, students can participate in the dialogue and the students in the classroom can hear without the need of having to join a Web conferencing application or where headphones in the classroom. Another nice feature of the device is that the video is very sharp and thus it makes it easy for the students online to see what's happening in the classroom. It works with any videoconferencing platform to include but not limited to zoom teens and google duo and because of its small size it is portable, it can be used in two different modes, speaker tracking mode or group frame mode. We will look at those two modes in greater depth. Later earlier I shared that the audio quality is remarkable in this video, you will see Sabine phillips principle of margate middle school using the device in her hybrid sat staff meeting in this snippet, the parent is presenting online remotely while mrs MS Williams is in her school's media centre. Please note the quality of the audio as you listen. It was a christmas party, like they hadn't seen that, they were super excited, we had a DJ and everything and and definitely was the one that really put that whole thing together, um you know, the outline of it, how it's gonna go down, but it was just a blast to see the kids so happy and it was, you know, everyone got to do something for the kids. So as you can see, this device is not only useful in the classroom, but it is also a tool that is being used by administrators to engage their faculty as well as stakeholders possible. Therapy using the device includes the following. When administrators are using the camera, they can position the device so that the camera is focused on the administrator during the presentation or it can be positioned to do the larger room so that the in person audience is visible to the online participate. The same applicable when being used by teachers. Teachers use of a poly studio USD bar can use it in the lecture mode where the camera is focused on the teacher during the instructional activity. They can also use it in the student centric mode, which means the devices position so that it is focused on the student in so doing the online students can see their peers in the classroom and have visual connection as they communicate and collaborate, looking a little closer. In the future the device offers, the polic studio is a plug and play device, which means no drivers are needed to be installed for to be applicable. All the user needs to do is plug it into an available USB port and it's ready for use. The privately shutter is controlled manually, user reaches under the bottom of the device and slides it from left to right. If they need to have it clothes. For any reason the remote is connected to the device be a bluetooth if for some reason connection is lost, it is easily fixed by going through the bluetooth parent connection steps which would involve pressing the bluetooth button under the bottom of the U. S. B. Bars in pressing the red mute button on the remote. Additionally the remote is used to control the volume of the U. S. B. Bar and the volume of the laptop or desktop to which it is connected. The remote also allows the user to switch between the speaker tracking mode and the group frame mode. Well now watch a video that shows the divide the device being used in the lecture tracking mode which allows the instructor to move freely around the room. Let's take a look at the present attracting feature on Polly Studio. So I'm an instructor in a classroom. There are students here in the class with me who are spread out there wearing mass and I'm wearing a mask for protection and we also have more students on the far end over video. Now as an instructor, sometimes I'm not comfortable with video with being able to teach the way I want to because I'm afraid if I get up and move, I'm gonna be off camera either, I don't have a tracking camera system at all or I've got one that moves too slow and I'm afraid I'm going to get out of the field of view. The great thing about Polly Studio with presenter tracking is I can be confident that I can get up and walk around the room. Maybe I want to come over to this whiteboard to be able to write something or I want to come over to my virtual interactive whiteboard annotators share some content. Or maybe I just want to pace around a little bit and be more mobile and active ball and teaching because it's a more natural fit for my style rather than having to stay locked down in my chair all the time. And this is one of the great benefits of this presented tracking feature on Polly studio. So to learn more, visit us at dot com. School administrator have seen an increase in collaboration in connection with community stakeholders and staff members. There is an increase in parent communication participation as parents or community partner. Consigning remotely to attend open house or virtual classroom tour with their staff administrators and team leaders to use other advice for staff meeting, departmental meeting, professional development collaboration or co teaching. We've just reviewed some of the benefits of using this technology in this video principles. Being phillips shares her insight on how the polic studio has impacted her ability to connect with her school stakeholders. Hello, everyone, my name is to being phillips and I'm the principal at Market Middle School and I was very excited to have an opportunity to share with you why I think the poly studio is such an effective tool for teachers, administrators, anyone who's doing a presentation if you're going to engage students both and uh, and parents and adults in another location as well as right in front of you. The best thing about the cameras is that they follow you wherever you go. So if you're in the classroom and you're at the board and your students are responding to you in front of you, they respond you can hear them on the camera and and you can hear the students from home when they respond to you. So it's just a great tool to have in the classroom for me as a principal, I thought it was very important to be able to show the use of it with my staff because they were a little apprehensive in the beginning, you know Polly Polly Studio, what is this camera, How does it work? Of course we got a few to start and then before you know it just about every teacher in the building is using it because they see how effective it is, especially with the way I was using it at faculty meetings. And uh so I decided also since I'm going to use the Pollock and I started using it for my faculty meetings, I said why not use it with my my uh parents for our P. T. S. A. Meeting in our sac meetings in the beginning as you know, we weren't allowed to come on campus for meetings and we had to do our meetings completely online. Well I have never had as much participation from my parents as I've had since we had to use the poly studio with the camera. So it because of that reason alone just tonight we had a meeting and I had well over 20 parents in attendance. There's been times that we had five or six but the parents appreciate that they can be home. They can still participate in the meeting. They can ask questions as they did tonight and get questions answered and still feel like they are part of the school community. So always going to continue to do that. I'm so thankful for that and I know for sure that many schools will follow still with continuing to use. That's the system. Yeah. Using the device within a hybrid environment has been a game change of breath of the death strip as we return to impersonal instruction or district belief that it will continue to be used by administrators and staff to increase and tormenting communication with the community and students. Here are a few other ways we forcefully using the Pollock's studio in the classroom of tomorrow. Teachers will be able to collaborate or co teach more effectively using the Palestinian USB bar. This collaboration can take form of peer to peer small groups or pl fees within the school or across the district, the schools that have senior capstone exhibitions and presentations, community partners will be able to participate remotely, thus eliminating travel time. This will have to increase the number of participants that can take part in these events. The policy studio is currently used for parents and community outreach through Broward County Public School parent University, which provides families additional tools, resources and strategies that support student achievement and engagement within the hybrid and learning environment. Students who are designated hospital homebound will no longer need to be removed from class. Teachers will be able to use the device to help me their accommodation or implement new strategies based on students need when conducting in class demonstration and experiment in science. As an example, the teacher will be able to project their extended screen and students can easily view and participate without huddling around the teacher's death. Additionally, our district has broadcast classrooms. Teachers with unique expertise are identified and provide instruction to classrooms across the district. For example, if a student would like to take chinese and it's not offered at their school, the identified teacher, broadcast lessons to those students finally materiality in this next video shares how she in virgin future use of the polish studio us rebar. I honestly think that the probably studio is not going anywhere because of the fact that it can work with students who are home and maybe home balance students, their hospital homebound students who in the past a teacher would have to visit their home. Now they can be right in the classroom with all the other students and not even skip a B. Besides that. I just, you know, I'm creative. But I can think of, I know that my teachers will come up with some very interesting ways to use it, the use of technology as we know it will evolve and will change. And for me, it's very exciting because I think that any time you can bring something into the classroom that's going to bring some excitement, engage students. It's a good thing. And that's what happens with our technology, especially with the polish studio. So I'm really happy that we're using it here at market, and I intend for it to continue to be used for years to come. As you can see, our district has worked hard to provide cohesive digital integration to enhance the teaching learning environment. We know that this work will continue to evolve as we integrate innovative technology that
