this digital resource is help course, or the digital resource is or is easy as 123 is an online repository of information to help you be able to integrate any digital resource that you have, um, rostered access to or availability to you and your students and to bring it into your canvas course. So I want to make sure that a you have favorite it on your launchpad. So it's at the top because otherwise it's really hard to find all the way down bottom. Who and then, Secondly, I want you to be able to understand how to navigate this course. All right, so what we've done is we've organized this course into these main buttons. When a button is blue, the links on that page are about that button. So if you see here, canvas resource is is blue, right? So if I scroll down, I'm going to find all of the different information about canvas on this course. For example, if I wanted to add additional teachers to my canvas course because I happen to partner with, you know, someone on my grade level or in my department, and we team teach, this is how I could do that. I just click on the link itself. And then there's an information page that tells me about how I can add additional teachers to my canvas course or how I can have canvas help remove them if I accidentally added somebody or I don't want them in my course anymore. Then it talks about the teacher enrollment app, and there's a little video that if I click on it, it will walk you through how Thio use teacher enrollment app to bring that person into your course As a co teacher, you know a lot of people, especially as we're working at a distance. Maybe there's an E S c facilitator or, um, maybe a teacher assistant that is assigned to supporting, you know, a student with with special needs. Maybe there's dual language teachers that are that the team teach half of the day you teach in English. Half of the day you teach in another language, you know, for many different reasons There, um, there could be a reason why you would want to bring someone into your course. Maybe you can come here. You can click on nine through 12 once you do that. The information on the page as I scroll down is all about the different instructional materials that are available for high school teachers. So let's say that you are a high school math teacher and you are teaching math for college readiness. So here is your course. Here's your page if I click on it and all pages air organized the same way. So if you're in elementary Teacher, a middle school teacher, what have you? You're going to see the information very, very similar, right? So first of all, the first thing on the pages we given overview of what the product is, As you know, through single sign on on Lee, people that air roster to teach or students that air roster to take a course are going to have access to a textbook. So this talks to you about specifically, Pearson's my math lab integration. So we do have an integration with canvas, and here is what you would search for. There, of course, is in the canvas comments that you can bring into or import into your student roster courses once they show up, or even into a planning course right now, to get everything ready? And excuse me. So this is what you would search for in the canvas? Common. So it gives you information about you know, the textbook itself. How do you access? It gives you information about what to search for in the Commons. And there happens to be a whole course available. And then also we have an integration document that walks you through step. Excuse me. Step by step. Exactly how to bring this in. Okay. And you can see where they're searching for BCPs Pearson, and they talk about how to import it into the course. So that's available through the digital resource is help. Course I'm gonna again k through five. Have all of the information dual language language arts, math, science. Let's take a look at science. So, for example, if I am a elementary teacher or even up into middle school, so I'm going to be a science teacher that uses stem scopes. There's a stem scopes page in there for middle school as well, because it's a K through eight program. So take a look at the page here. So at the top again, we say accessing materials. How can I as the teacher of this course that uses stem scopes, gain access for myself and my students. So stem scopes happens toe have an icon on the clever launchpad. That's one way it can be, um, access. We have open student textbooks through the student textbook canvas. Course not sure if you're aware of that being here, but you might want to check that out later on under help. We have a student textbook and resource link. Students have this under their help is well, we know we have. This is how you can access it through the open courses. Elementary learning has some information we have other resource is and then we get into the context, the district contacts. So let's say that, students, or maybe you aren't able to access stem scopes from the single sign on launchpad Clever. Or maybe you're having some issues with not all of your students showing up, whatever it Maybe if you call innovative learning, I'm going to have to say, or anybody on my team is gonna be like, I'm so sorry. We can't see that, but you can call stem scopes, right? And if you call, um, if you're a middle school teacher and you call Marilyn Johnson, she's not gonna be able to see it either Nicole Mancini or her team for elementary learning. They're not gonna be able to see it. So what we did is we worked with stem scopes to get you instant help. Right? So we have they have a dedicated email address for Brower, and then they have a 1 800 number. And if a teacher calls me, what I do is I go to this. 123 course I grabbed this page and I emailed it to them. And I say all of the information you need is here. So basically, you can see the role of and the goal of this course is to really be able to give you information real time when you need it, so that you can handle your business. And if you need more help after that, of course, we're here to help you. You're really trying to give it to you immediately so that so that you can move on and not have to wait on an email or a phone call and and all that kind of thing. Last thing on the page is, um the canvas. Integration with stem scope stem scopes happens tohave a great book passback assignment with great book passed back. So this tells you how to search in the canvas comments over here to find what you need for your grade level. There is a video that will walk you through how Thio integrate it.
